Spinach Dip In Round Loaf

:) INGREDIENTS: 250g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup minced parsley1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed1/2 cup chopped green onions1/4 cup yoghurt - or sour cream -1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 large loaves bread - round or oval - rye bread if available -Radish slices - optional - İn medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread.

Cover and refrigerate - - NOTE: Can be prepared 24 hours before serving - - Cut 2 cms slice from top of 1 bread loaf.

Cut and scoop out inside and tear into bite-sized cubes.

Tear second loaf into cubes. To serve - fill loaf with spinach mixture, garnish with radish slices, and use bread chunks for dipping.

Surround the loaf with gloriously coloured vegetables cut into various shapes. ;)
