Well you will still have to purchase the dona car here so cant really see a problem apart from running a morgan with a tofas engine and running gear, all that work and you still have a dog of a car lol think i also seen a few kit cars forsale on http://www.sahibinden.com/ but dont remeber to well if they are any good, but good luck and let us know how you get on with it.

Hey! That sounds like a good idea, but I can't see me getting all greasy. I'll leave it to those more mechanically minded. :bye1[1]: Anyway, good luck. We'd be very pleased if you could let us know how you get on as it's the sort of thing that might interest a number of our members. Bye the way welcome to our forum. :boxer[1]:

Thank you for the quick responses, I will have to do some further investigation into this as I will not need a donor car for the project just new parts from the USA and UK mainly. But a Tofas kit car would truly be a machine of dreams, perhaps I could go down the Anadolu route now you have me thinking.

I do know about ordering parts from US etc and if there are above a set amount its 100% tax on top of whatever you pay, cant remember the amount but its not a lot about 50 euro rings a bell in some deep dark place in my mind lol, i am sure registration will be same as bringing a new car unless you use a donor car thats been turkish registered ! so you might get your dream, best of luck anyway and keep us posted as will be interesting project for sure.
