Ziraat Bank Credit Cart and Paying in Installments

Hello, foreign university student here!

So I wanted to buy something in installments, and I was thinking of opening up a Ziraat Bank account for it

Now I've heard that a regular Ziraat bank card doesn't allow for paying in installments, but a Ziraat credit card does

Can I apply for Ziraat credit card while jobless and not hired by the government? If so, is it harder than acquiring a normal bank card?

Probably. Since having a credit card essentially involves borrowing money and paying it back, I would think they would want you to have some kind of credit history, or at least a job, some kind of evidence that you will be able to pay the credit card bills.
