Matt Thompson 0
Hi My brother and I inherited a flat in Turkey from my uncle who sadly died last year. We haven't been out there but are planning to go in September, we need to transfer the property into our name and will need to pay bills like Counicl tax. If anyone could kindly help us with this that would be more than grateful. Regards, Matt Thompson

IbrahimAbi 643
I have read that foreigners do not need a residency permit to purchase property, but do foreigners need a residence permit to sell property or transfer the title deed after the death of the title deed holder?
