Cig Kofte Recipe

I need a recipe for cig kofte. Not the real one with raw meat- one that only has bulgur, salca and spices. I need specifically the directions in English.

My husband says that it's labor intensive, but I make mercimek kofte and think it's easy. He seems to think the meatless cig kofte takes a lot of hand mixing.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Aston- I don't have a mixer. I know with mercimek, the heat from the lentil makes the bulgur get soft. I thought the moisture from the potato might do the same trick. Speaking of spuds, I've seen recipes with and without them. Any opinion? I kind of like the slightly grainy texture- it's more hearty. I fear the potato would make it to mushy. I know there's no one, set way to do it, but I'd love to know people's opinions/preferences.
