Hello everybody! I finally decided to move in a quieter place at the beginning of the new year, and after Istanbul, Izmir looks so much great! I'm moving with my husband, and right we are both with no job at all. He is turkish and i am italian, both around 25. I would ask to the expats community if somebody knows about art studios and art shools in Izmir, i'm graduated in Fine Arts with special skills in ceramic, mosaic and etching, but i also really like to work with kids. I am open to any kind of job, from baby-sitting to italian teacher to, obviously, sanatci I hope somebody can give me some tips, my turkish is improving day after day but is hard to find art-news.. Wish you the best, M.
I have been going to Marmaris for 16 years, I am now 18 and looking to work over there next year,2015, and was wondering how I would go about it. I would prefer work such as in a hotel, restaurant , bar etc. Is there any websites etc that would be helpful?
Hello all, My name is Melissa and i need suggestions on my next step in life. I have been living in United States of America for 15, both of my parents are Turkish. I will be graduating in may with my bachelor's degree. My major is Business Administration and my minor is International business. I am fluent in english and in turkish. Turkish is my primary language so i am pretty good. I want to move back to Izmir after i graduate to reunite with my family and cousins also since my mom is buried in Izmir i have no reason to live in the states anymore. But i am nervous and i am going back and forth on if i should make this move or not because i don't know where i would work or what would my career option be. Any suggestion on where i should work or where should i apply that would accept my degree. Please send me suggestions and opinions i will really appreciate it. Thank you.
