Boza is a thick drink made from bulgar, or cracked wheat. They sprinkle cinnamon on it for extra flavor. -
They even have pickled corn. -
The world-famous and most delicious Kakao Coffee is normally sold from a shop in the Egyptian Bazaar, where people line up to buy it. But you can buy it at the Hippodrome. -

The pudding shop has delicious, ready-to-serve food, the main courses change every day. -
The vine leaves are laden with salt when you buy them, so if you're planning on using them to make your own dolmas - soak them in water to remove some of the salt (I learnt this the hard way!)© Roving Jay

Cig Kofte is a long lump of spicy grain, wrapped in a long lettuce leaf. It also contains meat, which is cooked as a result of a chemical reaction. -

Donerci Carsisi means "market of the doner makers." A doner is a type of Turkish kebab. Inside you'll find numerous Turkish restaurants. -
