HI Am new to this forum, and hoping some of you may be able to help me from your experiences. I'm British, my husband is Turkish, we live in UK. He has been here for some years and has had a British passport since 2009. His brother would like to come and visit us, and to bring his wife and kids too. Whilst my husband and I both have reasonable incomes and own our house, I am concerned that his bro may get refused due to his circumstances. Although he has been in the same permanent employment for approx 5 years, it is a low paid manual job. He doesn't own a house or car or anything, and has no savings. He rents his home and lives with my in-laws. His wife doesn't work, she looks after the kids aged 4 and 6. Do you think they are likely to be refused? From my research I think the hardest part will be proving his intention to return to Turkey. Do you think he would have a stronger or weaker chance if he came with his wife alone, and left the kids behind? I'd really like to hear about any similar experiences that people have? Most of the family visit visa questions seem to be related to spouses, haven't found anything on siblings yet, Thanks in advance Sarah
