Hello all, I am traveling with my dog to India and have 2 hours transit at Istanbul airport. My dog is traveling in the flight cabin with me so when we arrive at Istanbul airport can she walk with me? I would like her to stretch her legs and walk a little before boarding the next flight. Please advise! Thanks, Siddhi

We live in a rural area of Urla and there are a number of dogs that roam free - they are rather large and although we have never heard of anyone being attacked, they are nevertheles intimidating. My wife and son are anxious about going out of the complex especially when taking our (cocker spaniel) for a walk - he would be considered a snack by some of them!!! Hi Everybody, I and my wife are moving to Turkey next week. As far as the location, we have thinking of Izmir as less expensive and less crowded city. But we are not sure about the turk's mentality about pets and we do not have too much information about how turk's deal with foreigners and if it is wise to go there and start a business or work with them. We don't know much about Izmir. Could anybody tell us about any particular area that is safe, more international and relatively inexpensive? What is the best way to find an short term apartment? Thanks everybody in advance.

We sorted this by getting clippers (her first home made haircut is a whole different story) and bribing the neighbours pit bull mix into being her bodyguard The one thing I didn`t think about was nature, it started as soon as the grass started to turn golden, she kept on stopping every few meters to pull quite nasty seeds out of her paws. Hi everyone, I hope you can help me, I have a bit of a problem.I am from the UK but currently living in Egypt and moving to Bulgaria next week. My girlfriend is travelling from Cairo to Ataturk with Egyptair and then from Ataturk to Sofia with Turkish airlines with our pet dog. Contacted Turkish airlines before booking the flight to confirm plane could accept the dog in the cargo and they confirmed this and told me to phone back once ticket was booked. Anyway, after numerous phone calls over the last 6 weeks they have finally informed me they cannot confirm my dog will be accepted on
