Antalya Kültür Sanat The Center for Antalya Culture and Arts opened in 2015 with the exhibitions of Picasso and Ara Güler. It continues to host significant exhibitions of art by well-known artists. Besides its art exhibitions, it also organizes talks on art, film screenings, and education workshops for both adults and children, year round. The display area covers 2,000 square meters. Three floors are dedicated to temporary exhibition galleries, and one floor is dedicated to to education programs. There is also an auditorium with a capacity of 118 people, as well as a souvenir shop and a cafe. Opening Hours Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Closed on Mondays. Guided tours are available. The museum is designed to be wheelchair accessible. Admission Fee Normal admission is 15 TL. A discounted price of 7.50 TL is offered to students over 14 years old teachers retired people. It is free for children under 14 years of age disabled persons and one assistant.
Hello everybody! I finally decided to move in a quieter place at the beginning of the new year, and after Istanbul, Izmir looks so much great! I'm moving with my husband, and right we are both with no job at all. He is turkish and i am italian, both around 25. I would ask to the expats community if somebody knows about art studios and art shools in Izmir, i'm graduated in Fine Arts with special skills in ceramic, mosaic and etching, but i also really like to work with kids. I am open to any kind of job, from baby-sitting to italian teacher to, obviously, sanatci I hope somebody can give me some tips, my turkish is improving day after day but is hard to find art-news..
