    I didn't enter with a visa, since I have a Jordanian passport, and we have a visa-exemption (valid for 90 days). I have been contacting YIMER 157, and the operators told me that they can't tell me what the problem is, I can only email them at Istanbul.duzenli@goc.gov.tr, which I did and I received the message saying it was concluded positively. they also said I can't exceed the 15 days given to me. I went to one of the İlçe Çalışma Grup Başkanlığı, and there, he gave me my Residence Permit Application Document, and told me it wouldn't be a problem if I stayed over 15 days.

    hello, thanks for replying, I emailed them multiple times, with the same reply each time saying that my application was concluded positively, and that I would receive my card within the next 30 days. but when my university's International office called, they said that there was a problem in that my photo was not biometric. I called again to ask about this. he was of no help and told me to email again, which I did, but I got the same response I got before. then i went to the DGMM and he just asked for a personal photo and my passport, which I gave. he then gave me my approved a

    hello , 

    I have a problem with my card in the printing stage, the application is accepted and I turned in the missing documents. how long will take to receive my physical card, as I have to travel to my home country and my visa has expired ( I applied to get the residence permit at the start of October)?

      It can be anything up to 90 days between interview date and receiving your card. Was tis application a renewal or 1st time application.? If a renewal you can exit showing your  İkamet İzni Müracaat Belgesi (Residence Permit Application Document) ,[proof of application ,allowing15 days travel] & if out longer ,return with an evisa .
