Hi everyone! I'm new to the Forum and looking forward to coming back to Turkey again in a little while. The main reason for heading to Turkey is to finish off a feasibility study / business plan for a possible hospitality business. The numbers (so far....) look alright, but there is a major question mark when it comes to getting a liquor license. Would anyone know how difficult it is to get a new liquor license? And - assuming it's doable - how much they cost and how long it takes to secure one? It would be for a restro/ bistro type venue - not a bar or a dance club...I understand that there are different versions of the license that determine your legal opening hours. Thanks for any help or suggestions!
