The bus company offices are in Pamukkale town center. Touts from some hotels know when the buses arrive and will offer to take you to their hotel. If you go, you'll find out why they have to hang around the bus station for business. There are excellent pensions and hotels around town center, so just have a walk around and find one on your own instead.
