The monument says this:

Quintus Vedius son of Quintus Vedius Q.f. Capito has set his monument up for the honor of his ancestors and family. Quintus Vedius is the priest of Basileus Kaunios. He is the only one who has helped the Kaunos Gymnasium many times. He is the secretary of the city and the promoter of the festivities. He is the priest of Zeus Polieus and the Leto Temple next to the source. He is the host when Emperors and state governors come to visit Kaunos. He is the one who paid from his own pocket the expenses of the travels that he made on behalf of the city. He is the honored one when the "Lycian Association" and the "World Athletes Association" raised his statue.
