Hi All,
Doing some research with a view to moving to Istanbul next year.
I'm interested if anyone knows of any school, but not necessarily the International Schools which teach in the medium of English,
OR
What help there may be for kids who don't speak Turkish fluently yet in Turkish schools.

Extremely impressive-looking school ! But it states Turkish is the first language, English the second. Is instruction for the other subjects given in English or Turkish ?

As far as I know there are some subjects which are required to be taught in Turkish, Sosyal Bilimler, etc. There are dozens of secondary schools in İstanbul that teach in a number of foreign languages including French, German and English but not so many primary schools that offer teaching in a foreign language. There are a number of international schools also that teach Turkish as a second language to the children but I don't know much about them.
You're right regarding the location of Koç but it is an excellent school.
