Primary Schools Which Teach In English

Hi All,Doing some research with a view to moving to Istanbul next year.I'm interested if anyone knows of any school, but not necessarily the International Schools which teach in the medium of English,ORWhat help there may be for kids who don't speak Turkish fluently yet in Turkish schools.ThanksSue

Extremely impressive-looking school ! But it states Turkish is the first language, English the second. Is instruction for the other subjects given in English or Turkish ?Wonder what the fees are ????????

Thanks, Yildirim,But I think Tuzla is a bit far out of the city.

As far as I know there are some subjects which are required to be taught in Turkish, Sosyal Bilimler, etc. There are dozens of secondary schools in İstanbul that teach in a number of foreign languages including French, German and English but not so many primary schools that offer teaching in a foreign language. There are a number of international schools also that teach Turkish as a second language to the children but I don't know much about them.
