Some of the residence apartments come with some appaliances, but are some what pricey. Almost anything can be found...it's just how much money you want to spend....Ben is correct in that most have nothing. In Ben's article you should be able to find a couple realtor web sites to check out apartments. They were quite useful to me to get an idea of what's available.

good news!!! moving to IZMIR!!!!! but we need to find a place. can any one help me where can we look and how much can be one furnished bedroom apartment?

Go to link page. Click on Konut. Cl. on Kiralik. Cl. on il Chose Izmir . ilce - the area of Izmir you want to live in. Be careful as Izmir is the country of Izmir so some of the places are miles away. Semt is the sub-district. Fiat is the min and max you want to pay.
Don't bother with the boxes on the right. Just Cl. on ARA
