Can anybody provide me with the name/webiste of a property management company covering the Bodrum area who is either being used by themselves or a trusted and reputable company who provides a good service. Also any recommendations on companies you have used for furniture packages would be greatly received. Thanks

One of our friends recently bought an apartment from Cagdas Properties in Bodrum.
This is a high class construction company and they are very happy with them.
They also take care for their property management so maybe this is an option for you?

As I understand, you would like to learn a "property management company" not a construction company. Because Cağdaş Properties is a construction company. I guess they have after sales department but only for their own sold properties.

Hi Alibertiz, I use a chap called Ozan who is based in Bodrum, he used to work for MRI but has gone out on his own. He does furniture packs, property management, car rental, airport transfers etc. You would find him very helpful and I believe trustworthy.
