I have to find someone who lives in Istanbul (asian side) and I have only his mobile phone number....
I tried to locate him from the telephone directory by the name but the search results show only one name...so this isn't possible....
is it a way to locate someone in Istambul by his cell phone number? (by the way the company is Turkcell)...I hope this helps....

I would appreciate it if someone comes with an idea....

I don't want to be rude and maybe missing something but can't understand how you can't locate him if you have his phone number.

I don't know if Turkcell would give you that info or not, I would hope that Turkcell never gives out my address to anyone just because they have my cell phone number. I'm not aware of any directory Turkcell has, it would be rather difficult to maintain, anyway, since cell phone numbers change so often.

There is a possibility: one friend from me had the same thing last year, but I don't know if Turkcell is still offering this service. They have a number where you can send a message to, mention the mobile number in there, then you can see who is the owner of that number.
