Beware of Seaside properties. they rush you into buying, have their resident 'lawyer scamyou into signing a rental agreement, rsuh you off to buy furniture to outfit it before you even have managed the mortgage details, withou tapu, miltary mermission etc. then they do not pay rent, ask up front for extra monies. They then have front desk clerks to act as a barrier to them when you call so you can never get a direct answer. Beware they are scum.
Would like to speak to others who are in same boat- for a united front. People like this should not be allowed to operate!
