I have been searching the answer about Self Employement but unfortunately did not find the answers, may be someone can help answer specfic to my situation

I am a U.S citizen had been self employed in U.S and ran a one man operation for a long time. I want to move to Turkey and do the same.

Here I want to know:

Q. To work in Turkey as a self employed person from your home using Telephone, internet and fax is required to register a business? I am sure yes.

Q. How much does it cost and what department to apply?

Q. After being registered, would I still need to get a work permit, how much does it cost.

Q. Would I be able to get residense permit based on operating a business there.
