Whilst the article is a bit wishy-wishy there are few good tips in there.
Another shout are the pilavci which will give you a nice bowl of rice + topping for around 3tl. As well as the countless Kokorec kiosks dotted around.
Good lining for the stomach before a swift half.

I did try it once, well just had a tiny bit. So having tried it, I have to say I would rather starve than eat it again.

I feel much the same about it as you Abi, but it smells so nice out in the open air on a cold day!

Try "islak hamburger" -wet burgers- in Taksim 2 bucks for a burger and they taste great. Almost all buffets serve "islak hamburger" but Kizilkayalar(Taksim) is far the best
