High school students whose average grades are above 90 points will be allowed to graduate from high school in three years instead of four, if a new package of regulations prepared by the Ministry of Education comes into force.

And what plans have they got for these bright students for their free year? If they don't continue to study their scores in the university entrance exams will be lower. Do they expect the parents to pay for them to go to dershanes to fill in their time and keep up to scratch?
I don't think that they've thought it through very well.
