We have a large walnut tree that provides a lot of shade. Some branches extend over the neighbouring garden. The neighbour has complained that the tree is dropping flowers on his garden and has demanded the overhanging branches be cut off. Does anyone know what the rules are on this one?

I dont know what the Turkish rules are, but i know that in England the neighbour is allowed to cut down anything that is hanging over x

Same in the States, but if you want to have a say in how it's cut and the neighbors don't mind, I'd offer to trim it for them.
