This is strange. When I log out I can't see it either, I don't understand the reason for it yet but I'm working on it.
Edit:
I'm at a loss at the moment. I logged out and couldn't see it as a visitor, I logged in as an ordinary member and couldn't see it, I can see it when I'm logged in as a Mod so I'm not sure what is going on. I've sent a PM to Ken to see if he can do anything about it.
