My friends, I’ve just came across one funny advice which seems I need most at this moment (attached). It is in Turkish. I suggest my translation and offer you to propose yours. It can be free translation but should keep a touch of humour.

Çıkarmak has a few different meanings..One of them is to extract, like in 'suyunu çıkarmak' which means to apply pressure on something, or to squeeze it, or to use another method to get the 'water' out of it, like you do to get juice. ('Tad' is flavor.) So, tadını çıkarmak, to get pleasure, has a figurative meaning.
Çıkarmak is to put something out of another thing, in general. So to dismiss an employee is 'işten çıkarmak (somebody)', or 'okuldan çıkarmak' to dismiss a student, etc.Some body can also send another one from his/her life: 'hayatından çıkarmak'.
Let me translate a line from the advise: 'baktın onu beceremiyorsun'
Baktın is the past tense of to look: Baktın: you looked. What meant is: You saw that...
Onu beceremiyorsun: You cannot manage that.
Tadını kaçırmak has a figurative meaning, too. Literally it means to render something tasteless, like when you add too much water to something cooked, or a flavor which doesnt suit well to the food.
