You have never heard the Soeurs Goadec
When I lived in Nice with my husband we had very noisy neighbours. We tred to talk to them and explain during the week we were up early in the morning to work and that we could handle loud music and friends at weekends but that a little bit of respect for the neighbours during the would be appreciated. They didn't want to listen to anything we said.
My husband came from Brittany and he said let's go away for the weekend and leave them with the Soeurs Gouadaec. So,we hired the CD from the mediatheque and put it full blast on "repeat". We left Saturday morning and came back Sunday evening and you can believe me when I say they were really very nice to us afterwards.
Try it and see:

Sounds very similar to Black Sea Laz music that seems to repeat 4 or 5 notes!

I'm sure many of you have seen this one, but I'm gonna post it anyway. An Eduard Khil (RIP) classic from the Soviet era:

No, I've never see him before (thankfully). What a wierdo - looks like someone out of Thunderbirds.

apparently he was a very famous baritone behind the iron curtain... that song is actually an amerikan cowboy song from the 50s, but the entire song lyrics were censored by the commies, hence the "trololo".

Surely it wouldn't have been too difficult to put some suitable words to it rather than that embarrassing performance?

Vic, I'm surprised they didn't kill themselves. That is an absolutely terrible thing to listen to, I could only take 15 seconds of it.
