Merhaba!

I am 32, a successful Director of a large estate agency in Central London but considering moving to Istanbul in 2 years time. Salary as an estate agent is not sufficient for my needs so considering alternatives but.............

• Do you really need a degree? Seems to be on every job vacancy as a minimum
• I do not want to teach Turkish
• I will be able to communicate in Turkish by when we move
• Is it dificult to start up a new business? As in more difficult being a foreigner?

Hi Iaw welcome to Turkey Central. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult for foreigners to get a work permit in Turkey and you are likely tun into a myriad of problems. Salaries in Turkey are not usually up to the standard of Europe. What sort of jobs have you been looking at?
