İ and several friends in the Alanya region are finding we do not receive a bill for the telephone. We have rung up and requested one to be told they have sent it and its the PTT problem of course checked with PTT and they say no problems. All other bills arrive as usual. Can İ get one online any help appreciated?

As you have all ready spoken to Turk Telecom and the PTT, the only thing I can suggest is that you check with Turk Telecom that they have the correct addresses and that they know that you are not just a summer visitor.

If you pay automatically by direct debit maybe that is why you don't get a bill or have you opted for an online bill?

You can register for on-line billing if you go onto the Turk Telcom webpage, click on the Customer Support tab and you will find a section where you can register for on line billing.

Sometime last year Turk Telekom stopped sending paper bills out for environmental reasons. They did notify this on the last couple of paper bills and suggested opting for bill by email.

Thank you will register for on line billing. They didnt tell me about this and we obviously missed the notification.

I've been getting online phone bills since they were first introduced, but for some reason the ADSL bills stopped coming altogether since that time !

I opted for online bills for both the phone and ADSL a couple of years ago too, does anyone know if they are still charging for itemised phone bills?
