hello there , i lived in turkey for 6 years and was married after 5 years 8 months after we got married we returned back to the uk where i had twin boys who are now 5 yrs old , things are not working out so we are going to get divorced but i havent gained my turkish citizenship i am thinking about moving back over to turkey alone with my boys should i beable to gain citizenship easy because my boys are older than 2yrs or will i have to live there 5 years before i can apply ? many thanks

Welcome to our forum Pink, Unfortunately, getting Turkish Citizenship won't be any easier for you once you are divorced and you will be treated like any other foreigner in that you will have to live in Turkey for 5 years before you can apply.
