Happy New Year Everyone. Can anyone help me by answering this question?

I have lost the cable that enables me to download photos from my Olympus SP camera to my desktop. The shop I bought it from doesn't stock spares like this.

The camera uses a fujifilm xD picture card to store the photos. I used to be able to put the picture card into my laptop, but I no longer have a laptop. Is there anything like an adaptor that would enable me to connect the picture card to one of the usb ports on the desktop?

Thanks for any help,

Yes. Adapters are available.

One particular adapter is the "Olympus USB 2.0 xD-PictureCard Flash Memory Card Reader MAUSB-500".

Do a search for it on Amazon or on the web. There also many other adapters available that would work.

You could also use an "All-in-1 Memory Card Reader" that reads different memory card formats to include the xD format. Just do a search for "All-in-1 Memory Card Reader" on the web.
