Umit the Clown perform for Turquoise owners
A few weeks ago when I was in Turkey
All Turquoise owners were treated to a meal and clown performance by Umit of VT the theme was great jokes about how honest they were and yes ok they have made a few thousand mistakes and that not only was he a clown by night but also in his job of course that has to be a joke because no company could make all these mistakes and still be in business Ha Ha good joke Umit
The night heightened with some banter from a lady owner asking Umit Questions Umit Guffawed and Laughed then told more Porky Jokes then amazingly he made his nose grow we were all talking about that later on How does he do that is it a mechanical gadget in his head or is it a remote control device is it triggered by some biological function by a speech vocal cord or some things he said I think he should change his name to Pinocchio the Clown.
The night came to an end when he made his pet rat metin jump over his nose well done definitely a case of you should leave your day time job and do this.

But joking aside the thinking about how much debt they have created for us must be thought about surely it is a precursor to a demand for a large maintenance money extra charge making it further impossible to sell our properties even the builder will not sell the properties imagine a new buyer being shocked by the amount of charges and then being told that a clown runs the site what do we do if they walk out on the debt what do we do if the company stops trading then pops up somewhere as a different name who is responsible for debt is it not time that they made full accounts available for an auditor to look; at any honest company would do this without fear, its ok for Umit to clown about in his brand new 4 by 4 vehicle compliments of Turquoise owners but not for me as an distant owner.

Moving on to the next subject when I was at the site 2 weeks ago I was dismayed by the level off maintenance, we are over run by dogs every morning the dogs overnight pull down the dustbins looking for food, the children’s area is in a shocking state, the mini golf is badly in need of repair; the roads are full of weeds, why when Umit tells us they such a good company is the place falling apart
How can the community of Turquoise ever be united when we are managed by a Clown?
