Hi All,
Anyone into home brewing wine and beer out here?
I have loads of wine on the go as i have loads of fruit trees and vines etc.
But i was wondering if anybody has seen any Hops growing wild out here? I can get all the grains i need for beer and lager brewing but hops are a problem - they do grow here but would be trial and error if i found some.
You can get them from UK but they are best grown from root cuttings and not ready until feb - mar time.

Anyone any ideas?
