A DELUGE of rain on Monday and Tuesday caused thousands of Turkish Lira of damage in and around Altinkum and Akbük.

The resorts were given the full works by raging storms, lightning and buckets of rain which quickly turned into flash floods, leaving residents mopping up hours afterwards
