Terms of Use (The Legal Stuff)

While I don't think anybody is going to trip over this website and break their arm, there are a few legal things I need to make clear, and you must understand if you choose to visit and use this website. Here goes:

Privacy Policy

I will not release any of your personal information, including your name or address, e-mail address, IP number without your permission. I generally don't send unsolicited e-mails unless there is a good reason for it.

Media at Turkey Central

All media including Web pages, graphics, text and any other materials posted on Turkey Central are the responsibility of the originator. I make an effort to screen submissions for content and applicability before making it available for viewing on the Internet. However, I don't control the content of third-party Web sites, which may change or be deleted without notice. Any media posted in the Turkey Central forums, blogs, live chat rooms, or photo galleries are the responsibility of the person posting that media, although I will try to delete any inappropriate media. If you submit any material toTurkey Central, I take ownership of it. I don't say that because I'm greedy, but because if a member makes numerous posts in the forum, for example, and if those posts generate discussion, I may choose not remove it, depending on the circumstances.

I do not indorse or recommend any business or person whose Web site is listed with Turkey Central, especially in the directory. It is impossible for me to visit or have any knowledge of whether a business is reputable or not, or if it actually provides the services advertised. It is your responsibility to use care and caution when dealing with any business listed with Turkey Central. I provide links to the person's or company's Web site, with a brief description of the site, and not the business itself.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any party due to or arising from content submitted, posted, transmitted or made available through Turkey Central, your connection to Turkey Central, your use of Turkey Central.

Turkey Central is a member of several affiliate programs, who pay a portion of the proceeds to Turkey Central for each sale made from Turkey Central.
