Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday from 08:00 – 11:30 and 13:30-15:00. The ACS Unit is closed Fridays and Turkish and American holidays. American Citizen Services are available on a walk-in basis.
Telephone Contact: The Bureau of Consular Affairs Office of Overseas Citizen Services has established a call center to receive inquires regarding the safety and security of American Citizens overseas. It is currently operating from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, but will go 24 hours if needed in times of crisis. The toll-free phone number in the U.S. is 1-888-407-4747.
