After the disappointment over Acacia Street, we returned to apartment hunting, but with less of a vengeance. To add to our woes, the humidity started to soar so trekking around from street to street became even less attractive. Buying An Apartment (Not) July 2010

After the challenge of househunting, we finally found a place we wanted to buy. Set in Akasya Sokak (Acacia Street – now isn't that a bit spooky!), it has a salon (lounge/dining room) of 29m2, three well shaped and sized bedrooms, one balcony, a square bathroom with old but tasteful plumbing (no psychodelia, no history of Turkish plumbing etc)...
