Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday from 08:00–12:00 and 13:00-17:00.
The ACS unit is open for affidavits and notarials on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8 AM-12 AM and 1 PM – 4 PM , and applicants need to make an appointment with the Consular section before they arrive. The ACS unit is closed on all American and Turkish holidays.
